About Serenity
Caroline is founder and creator of Serenity. 
A former BA (Hons) Learning Disability Nurse and Information Manager, with a background in the field of learning disabilities, Caroline has worked extensively with children, young adults and families, for 15 years. She is an advocate for positive parenting, emotional development, challenging codependence, and promoting Empathic Communication.
A specialist in her field, Caroline is a parenting and relationship consultant. She now works, both on a 1:1 basis, and with groups, sharing her experiences, using her ‘Mirror Model’ approach to self development.
This cutting edge insight into how we interact with our world, successfully challenges any issue, allowing clients to draw on their own insight to provide profound and lasting life changes.
As a teenager, Caroline struggled with low self esteem, depression and anorexia for many years. When, as a new mother, Caroline developed postnatal depression, she began to work tirelessly on her own self development, with phenomenal results. Using natural parenting and mindfulness with her own daughter, Caroline transformed her parenting relationship with amazing results. She now shares her emotional development approach through the incredibly successful Positive Communication Skills Workshop for parents, and her 1:1 parenting consultancy sessions. “There is no problem on earth that cannot be overcome by looking inwards. ”
Since beginning in self development, Caroline has extended her research into parenting. Her articles have been published in The Green Parent Magazine, and The Journal of The Complementary Medical Association. She has also recently completed her first book: ‘Responsible Parent: Responsible Child’.
